What is your returns policy?

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date your order is delivered. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. The quickest way to receive a different size or style is to return your item and place a new order once your return has been approved.

Are return shipping costs covered?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Can I return sale items?

Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

We currently ship within the United Kingdom, the United States, and Canada.

How long will my order take to arrive?

United Kingdom:

• Royal Mail Tracked 48: 1-2 business days for express shipping and 3-5 business days for standard shipping after dispatch

United States & Canada:

• DHL Express or FedEx

Many of our pieces contain natural fibres such as silk, wool, and Tencel. For best results, we recommend professional dry cleaning. Our garments are suitable for gentle cold hand washing, but machine washing is not recommended unless specifically stated on the care label.

Do silk garments require special care?
