Processing time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed the next working day.

Free standard shipping on all orders over £150 within the UK.
All orders are sent via Royal Mail tracked services. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.
Delays
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery timescales are managed by Royal Mail. Jing Collection is not responsible for delays outside our control. If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days please contact us at hello@jing-collection.com.
International Shipping
We currently ship to the United States and Canada.
International orders are shipped via DHL Express or FedEx, with delivery estimates displayed at checkout.
Shipping costs, duties, and import taxes are calculated and collected at checkout.
Delivery times vary by destination and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times will be shown during checkout and on your order confirmation.
Please note that delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and may occasionally be affected by customs processing, weather conditions, or other factors outside of our control.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information so you can follow your parcel's journey.
Incorrect address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. Jing Collection cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address.
